Kelseya เป็นสกุลของพืชดอกที่อยู่ในวงศ์ Rosaceae มีเพียงสปีชีส์เดียวคือ Kelseya uniflora.[1] It is commonly called the oneflower kelseya, spiraea or alpine laurel.[2][3] สกุลนี้ได้รับการตั้งชื่อเพื่อเป็นเกียรติแก่ Francis Duncan Kelsey ซึ่งเป็น Montana ถิ่นที่อยู่ botanist เป็นค้นพบพืชชนิดนี้ในปี ค.ศ. 1888 ณ "Gate of the Mountains" ใกล้ ทาวน์เซนด์.[4][5]
