3F02, 3F5N, 3FGQ5274n/aENSG00000163536n/aQ99574n/aNM_001122752 XM_017006618 NM_005025 NM_001122752 XM_017006618n/aNP_005016 XP_016862107 NP_001116224 NP_005016 XP_016862107n/aนิวโรเซอร์ปิน หรือ เซอร์ปิน ไอ1 (อังกฤษ: Neuroserpin: SERPINI1 หรือ Serpin I1) เป็นโปรตีนของมนุษย์ และเป็นโปรตีนสมาชิกลำดับที่ 1 ในเคลดไอของมหาวงศ์เซอร์ปิน (Serpin family I member 1) ถูกถอดรหัสได้จากยีน SERPINI1 บนโครโมโซมคู่ที่ 3 ออกฤทธิ์ต้านการทำงานของเอนไซม์ซีรีนโปรตีเอส ซึ่งเกี่ยวเนื่องกับกระบวนการของเซลล์หลายอย่าง[3] นิวโรเซอร์ปินถูกค้นพบครั้งแรกในปี ค.ศ. 1989 จากกลุ่มสารที่ถูกหลั่งออกมาจากแอกซอนของปมประสาทรากหลัง[4] โดยโปรตีนชนิดนี้จะแสดงออกในขั้นท้ายของการกำเนิดประสาท (neurogenesis) ระหว่างกระบวนการสร้างจุดประสานประสาท (Synaptogenesis)[3]การกลายพันธุ์ของยีน SERPINI1 ที่ทำหน้าที่ควบคุมการแสดงออกของนิวโรเซอร์ปิน มีความสัมพันธ์กับการเกิดโรคสมองฝ่อสาเหตุกรรมพันธุ์จากการสะสมของนิวโรเซอร์ปิน (Familial encephalopathy with neuroserpin inclusion bodies; FENIB) ซึ่งจะทำให้เกิดความบกพร่องทางสติปัญญาและอาการชักได้[5]
