ประวัติ ของ เจเอเอ็มเอ

สมาคมการแพทย์อเมริกันเริ่มพิมพ์วารสารในปี 2426 โดยทดแทนวารสาร Transactions of the American Medical Association[3]ต่อมาปี 2503 วารสารจึงได้เปลี่ยนชื่อมาเป็นชื่อปัจจุบันคือ "JAMA: The Journal of the American Medical Association"[4][2]แต่มักจะเรียกโดยสามัญว่า JAMA
