โมจิไอศกรีม

โมจิไอศกรีม (อังกฤษ: Mochi ice cream; ญี่ปุ่น: 餅アイス; โรมาจิ: Mochi Aisu) เป็นขนมหวานที่ทำจากโมจิ ญี่ปุ่น (ข้าวเหนียวตำ) สอดไส้ไอศกรีม คิดค้นขึ้นโดยฟรานเชส ฮาชิโมโตะ นักธุรกิจหญิงและนักกิจกรรมชุมชนชาวอเมริกาเชื้อสายญี่ปุ่น[1]
