ปัจจัยการตาย ของ อีกา

มีสัตว์ล่าอีกาไม่กี่อย่าง แต่ก็ยังถูกเบียนโดยพยาธิตัวกลมใน superfamily "Filarioidea" [13]ในประเทศญี่ปุ่น ยังพบพร้อมไข้หวัดนกประเภท H5N1 ที่ทำให้ถึงตายอีกด้วย[14]

นอกจากนั้นแล้ว การติดเชื้อ Clostridium และลำไส้เล็กอักเสบ (enteritis) ก็ยังทำให้นกตายเกลื่อนเป็นบางครั้ง[15]
